Delete your data
You can delete your TopLoad account and everything in it at any time.
In the app (fastest)
- Open TopLoad and go to Settings.
- Optional: tap Export collection (CSV) to keep a copy of your cards and prices.
- Tap Delete account, confirm, and type DELETE when asked.
This permanently deletes your collections, cards, slabs and sealed items, your price history, your preferences and your sign-in account. It cannot be undone.
Can’t open the app?
Email support@topload.com from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my TopLoad account”. We will delete your data and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
What happens to your data
- Collection and account records are removed from our database immediately.
- Your sign-in account is deleted from our sign-in provider.
- Copies in provider backups expire on their normal schedule.
